St Alphonsus Church

St. Alphonsus Catholic Church is a Gothic-Revival church in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Built in 1882, it was a hub for the city's German community. The interior boasts a restored blue ceiling, murals, stained glass, and more. The church also owns the Athenaeum Theater and hosts a German mass and October Fest.
