Michigan Avenue Bridge - DuSable Bridge

The DuSable Bridge, also called the Michigan Avenue Bridge, is a famous landmark in downtown Chicago that connects the Loop to the Magnificent Mile. It's a double-deck, movable trunnion bascule bridge with four bridge houses that represent important moments in Chicago's history. The bridge has 28 flagpoles and a museum, the McCormick Bridgehouse & Chicago River Museum, where visitors can learn about the bridge's mechanics.
