Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux

The Cathédrale Saint-André de Bordeaux is Bordeaux's most imposing place of worship. It is the cathedral church of the Archdiocese of Bordeaux. It was consecrated on May 1, 1096 by Pope Urban II, on a tour to preach the First Crusade. It was rebuilt in Gothic style between the 12th and 16th centuries.
