In addition to being used by Athletic Club, it features a sports innovation center and another for sports medicine, a subterranean athletics track, a municipal sports complex, a museum, a shopping area, restaurant, café, and event rooms. Its external skin of glass scales and multimedia façade of 306 degrees make it an urban landmark.
