The Stasi Museum Berlin is located on the former site of the headquarters of the Ministry for State Security (MfS) of the GDR. It houses the original office floor of Erich Mielke and the permanent exhibition "State Security in the SED Dictatorship" provides information about the workings and function of the State Security.
