Ruigoord is a former village and artists' colony in Amsterdam that now functions as a cultural free port for artists and events. It provides studios, workshops, exhibition spaces, and public spaces for workshops, theme evenings, and acts. It is located at the head of the new Africa port, in the heart of the developing harbor industrial area, and is a green oasis.
