Sunshine Theater

The Sunshine Building in downtown Albuquerque is a six-story historic building that includes the famous Sunshine Theater, commercial space, and offices. The theater can hold up to 1,200 people and has hosted many famous acts since it became a live music venue in 1990. It's listed on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties and is an Albuquerque City Landmark.
