Your Fever ticket includes instructions to book a slot at a time and date of your choice - Under 16s require a parent/guardian signature, no under 14s, over 50s require a doctor's note - Maximum solo weight limit: 120kg, Waist harness size: 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches) - You cannot jump if you have high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness, epilepsy, asthma, neurological conditions, or diabetes, or if you are pregnant - you should seek medical advice and provide a certificate if you have damage to neck, back, ankles or eyes - you must inform the operator if you are taking any medication - glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn during the jump
