The building of the National Historical Museum (Old Parliament House) dominates Stadiou Street in the centre of Athens. It is a neoclassical building founded in 1858 by the then Queen Amalia to a design by the French architect Florimond Boulanger, and inaugurated in 1875, after the design was simplified by the architect Panagiotis Kalkos. Since 1962 it has housed the National Historical Museum of the Historical and Ethnological Society of Greece.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same login method you used when making the purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply tap the "Transfer tickets" option on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, get in touch with us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To make the change, get in touch with us and provide your ticket number (the unique code you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app to see if the "Change date and/or time" button appears: if it does, tap it and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not given under any circumstances. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our Terms and Conditions. You can purchase the additional Flexible Cancellation service, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel a ticket with flexible cancellation, as long as you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. All you need to do is get in touch with us. Please note that no refund will be given if the ticket has been transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a priority basis and according to the zone you've chosen.
Can we sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your group if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early and we'll do everything we can to find you seats together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All attendees must be 8 years old and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: you can only buy them through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start. Make sure you're at the venue at least 30 minutes beforehand, to take your seat within the zone you purchased. The door closes 5 minutes before the start and latecomers are not allowed in, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Can I get a ticket for my companion or carer?
Attendees who need assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Get in touch with us with proof that you need a companion ticket on hand. Once we receive it, we'll give you a code to purchase your carer's free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you'll need to show your regular ticket along with your carer's ticket.
Will there be food and drinks for sale at the venue?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink for sale at this event.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't get up from your seat during the performance, except in the case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Taking photos and videos is only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where controlling the temperature can sometimes be difficult. We do everything we can to keep the venue comfortable, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We suggest dressing accordingly to fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.
Are animals allowed? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
